I was in a state of panic when I phoned for help.

I was in a state of panic when I phoned for help. I didn't know what to expect or how things were going to go forward. When they answered and assisted me through the process, it was like they lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I could actually breath again. The people I have spoken with, throughout my time with Step change, have been caring, understanding, knowledgeable and true problem solvers. I would not be here without Step change!
