Got tricked in sending over bank statements when app...

Got tricked in sending over bank statements when applying for a under £400 , loan , after they received them were told didn't have to do that because of a low value, then got declined anyway, so don't bother sending over any statements when asked as they don't need them, just being nosey and digging into your finances Reviewed on: 16th May 2026
