A good word from a family member.

Having heard from a family member about StepChange. I was having problems with my bank at the time, and getting my debts paid to not only my bank but when my bank decided to close my account without much reason i was struggling to pay my credit card and a loan i had recently taken out. Luckily i still had an account that was only to pay mortgage money into, and it was still active, so I contacted StepChange who were fantastic in taking over the payments for the three things that were important to get paid every month, and as I didn't owe much money to my bank, I paid the remainder off to leave just two creditors to pay off, and they were most helpful when i phoned them to tell them what i had done, and it wasn't a problem for them to update it into their system. So i would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is in any financial situation, as they will do what they say they will on their website and take over the payments you need to be making along with the correspondence from all of the creditors you have, so you can relax and all you have to do is to agree on a date that you are going to have the money in your account to pay for it on a date of your choice, and they will do the rest, and you can keep an eye on your payments progress on their website whenever you wish, as it lists your creditors, and you can just tap on the drop-down link to see how many payments you've made so far, and how much you have paid, and still have to pay off, and the likely date at which your payments will end.. It's a simple way to take a bit of the stress of some of your money concern's or worries away from your thoughts and so aid your mental wellbeing too....
