So glad to have Stepchange beside me!

Where to start. Every representative who answers my every call was so helpful, calm and very supportive. They allowed me to be vulnerable, cry my eyes out and gave me an ear to talk about my circumstances unrelated to debt. I’m so happy that I will be supported right up until I’m debt free. One of my favourite charities. Also, the online portal is fab! Easy to use, organised which makes it visually pleasing as well as straightforward. Reviewed on: 18th May 2026
