Needed to make a claim when a close friend suffered a stroke and had to cancel a holiday at short notice. Supplied all the evidence and they paid my claim in full. Just what you want at a stressful time. Recommended. Reviewed on: 13th July 2023

Excellent

Had joint annual insurance for s few years, didn’t need to claim so my premium was reduced, (without asking). This year needed to claim for a full holiday due to a family illness. I sent the appropriate forms and they payed in full within the specified period. Brilliant company, would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 8th August 2019
