Great telephone support

I called with some questions about my remortgage products and Katherine was really helpful, answered all my questions and explained in a way that made sense. Mortgages can be a minefield and it was great to understand my options, and although she isn't allowed to advise me what to do, she gave me all the information to help me get a better understanding of it all.
