They made the problem 100 times worse

I contacted customer services about money problems, due to being out of work and suicidal. We agreed a lower payment until I land back on my feet. Next statement I received had increased . I complained. Ive been waiting almost a month to hear back from someone. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
