I’ve been really happy with my experience using Vanquis credit card. Anytime I’ve needed help, especially when I had questions about the new app, the customer service team have been easy to reach and genuinely helpful over the phone. They explained things clearly and didn’t rush the call, which made it a lot less stressful when I wasn’t sure what I was doing. Everyone I spoke to was polite, patient, and professional. The app itself is also straightforward once you get used to it, and having support available when I needed it made a big difference.
