Good Customer Service, Clean User Experience.

I have been using Vanquis for a few years, to build my credit score, and I managed to get a very solid score thanks to it, while also allowing me some leeway with monthly budgeting. The new app has only improved the experience, especially since the redesign. It gives clear reminders and it is easy to make payments. The only real downside is that the bank I make payments to is not one of the ones currently listed for the pay by bank option. Hopefully it will be eventually added, but I have had no issues with Direct Debit. Last year I had to make use of their anti-fraud service, which required contacting customer support, who were quick, understanding and helpful. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
