There isn’t really any customer service, everything is done through the portal. Applying was easy and I was offered a loan when I couldn’t get one anywhere else. Would be great to have more options to take out more money rather than having to wait such a long time for the last to be paid off Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

While a lot can be done through the portal for convenience, our Member Engagement team is always here to help. You are very welcome to give us a call between 10am and 2pm from Mon-Fri if you would like to speak to someone directly. In terms of lending, we do have limits in place to make sure borrowing stays manageable and supports your long term financial wellbeing.
