Stepchange the best thing I did was to contact them!

Since first contact with someone at Stepchange, i have had nothing but good, professional service. Everyone i have spoken to have put me at ease, never been judgmental, and have always gone out of their way to help. I feel the service is very valuable and they take the immense weight and pressure that you are feeling from you. They help you if you are struggling with the forms and offer support. I am so pleased that I took this route to help get my finances in order. I brought up two children on my own, have always worked full time, but felt I had nowhere to turn when it came down to my finances. For single parents especially, creditors only ever offer high interest payments, never offering 0% which would help significantly in clearing your debts.
