Dealt with a crisis when we needed it.

My wife got seriously ill, we had to cancel a holiday to Australia, we got the vast majority of our money back. It solved a lot of problems and dealt with a lot of stress at a time when the pressure was on and allowed us to concentrate on the most important things we had to deal with . Thanks.
