Lifetime bronze for my staffy

My rescue staffy was rushed into the vets one morning after collapsing at home. They needed to operate immediately due to unknown internal bleeding. It was a terrifying time. I was 7 months pregnant and worried about my dog and also the cost of treatment with a baby on the way too After a weeks hospitalization and serious surgery the team at the insurance emporium ensured I did not have to undergo any further stress. They dealt with the vets directly. They sent me correspondence to say they had tecieved the claim and again confirming it was paid directly to the vets. I had no phone calls. No questions it was simple and easy. Despite not owning my dog for the normal required 3 years and having 3 years worth of records which is standard for most policies they understood he was a rescue dog and that this was a genuine emergency and a true claim and I felt so confident n them I would recommend them to anybody. My dog is now home recovering and I feel comfort knowing I am covered with a brilliant company Reviewed on: 13th August 2019
