A human touch, and they do what the promise!

Anytime Ive had an issue with a purchase PayPal have always had a human to talk to and have listened and dealt with the issues quickly and efficiently. A lot to be said for a human to talk to, most banks and customer service is all automated and takes so much longer or doesn’t work. I would recommend PayPal customer service and every service PayPal covers, I have used PayPal credit and never had a problem. Always great communication, but not so much it bombards your inbox. Good customer service, a human touch
