Had my twin axle detach from the tow car causing significant damage, All sorted by Caravan Club insurance with the van looking better than before the accident. Service was very good and helped enormously with the stress of the incident. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025

Fantastic service following major damage

My twin axle caravan became detached from a friends vehicle who was transporting it for a shared weekend away. Contacted the club's insurance dept. who arranged for an assessor to call, repair arranged quickly, van collected and returned in as new condition. Fantastic service from beginning to end.
