Ombudsman take note of this shower of an insurer..............

Took out a policy, all seemed OK, spotted a mistake in first 12 hours after reading thoroughly and got charged £30, then this deemed our policy need to be another £50 a year more, I then spotted the change I was charged for was done incorrectly and guess what, they want another £30 and claim we told them the wrong information first time and second time, I just can't get rid of my £30's quick enough with these fraudsters.
