Great flexibility but customer service needs improving

I find it very hard to contact PayPal if there’s an issue & previously when I’ve had issues, receiving an email from someone who doesn’t read the customers enquiry properly is frustrating. But it’s great for pay in 4! Reviewed on: 26th May 2026
