SOME PEOPLE CANT CALL ON A PHONE !.

Slow to answer emails and when they do it say please call us. Not every one has a phone or access to one, some people maybe are deaf or hearing impaired and some people hate talking on a phone due to Depression or anxiety. I my self sufferings the latter.
