Gave us our life back

We honestly cannot thank StepChange enough for the help and support they have given me and my husband. When you are struggling with debt it can feel overwhelming, embarrassing and lonely, but from the very first conversation they treated us with kindness, respect and absolutely no judgement. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly and help us find a solution that works for us. One of the biggest things for us is that the service is completely free. Every penny we pay goes towards clearing our debts rather than paying expensive fees, which has made such a huge difference. For the first time in a long time we actually feel in control and able to breathe again. The stress and worry has reduced so much knowing we have support and a proper plan in place. If anyone is struggling financially and feeling scared to ask for help, please know you are not alone. Reaching out to StepChange was one of the best decisions we ever made.
