We spent several years paying high interest rates in...

We spent several years paying high interest rates in an attempt to pay off our debts, but the debts remained the same after 5 years. We pleaded with our debtors to lower their rates but by then they were well over 20%. By chance we approached Step Change who enabled us to start paying off our debts which has reduced our debts.
