StepChange helped me when I did not know how to pay...

StepChange helped me when I did not know how to pay off credit card debts that I could no longer pay every month. They were calm, non-judgemental and worked out a plan to pay off my debts when the credit card companies seemed more keen on threats than practical solutions. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
