Help and guidance without judgement

To accept that you need guidance, support, and help is a challenge. You may well feel embarrassed too. Don't be. It's such a relief to have someone there to go through the process with you and help take the pressure off. The initial part, going through the review of your position is daunting, but so much easier when someone talks you through it. It brings a sense of relief with it and gives you an understanding of what becomes possible from what feels like an impossible and potentially threatening feeling. The most important part? Don't ignore your situation, have the confidence to share, nobody judges you. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
