I would highly recommend StepChange to anyone struggling with debt or financial worries. From the very beginning, they were understanding, professional, and completely non-judgemental. They took the time to listen carefully to my situation, explain every option available in a clear and reassuring way, and help me create a realistic plan that immediately lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. What stood out most was the genuine care and compassion shown throughout the entire process. Every conversation made me feel supported, respected, and far less alone during what had been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming time.
