Absolutely brilliant x

When i contacted Stepchange, I was so nervous and ashamed. The lady who I spoke to was amazing. I wasn't judged by my lack of money management. She was so understanding, helpful, professional and finally able to help. We went through every single income and outcome, came to a very reasonable payment.
