Brilliant, helpful organisation.

I found myself in a very difficult situation, and I felt hopeless. The advisor at StepChange was absolutely brilliant, very professional but caring, and helped me immensely sort my debts out into a manageable monthly payment, and the fact they contact the companies for you is so helpful in managing a very stressful and frankly an embarrassing situation. It was potentially life saving for me, and saved me from further mental health issues. I cannot recommend StepChange enough. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
