StepChange helped me at one of the lowest and most stressful points in my life, when I genuinely did not know what to do or where to turn. They treated me with kindness, respect, and without judgement. Their support gave me the breathing space I desperately needed to regain some control and start moving forward again. My situation is not a quick fix and will take a few years to fully clear my debts, but thanks to StepChange I finally feel like I have a realistic path forward instead of just panic and uncertainty.
