Stepchange helped me when I needed it most

Stepchange helped me get out of a very difficult situation where I didn't see a way out. I reached out to the charity when I was at the point of being unable to pay my debts. They talked me through my options, were non-judgemental and contacted each of my creditors to agree a plan. Thanks to them, I am about to be completely debt free after having thousands of pounds of debt only a few years ago. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
