DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS!

They accepted us for a policy, and then a MONTH later emailed us out of the blue saying our policy was being cancelled at the end of the day because they had changed their mind after sending documents to the underwriters! They also decided to try and charge us £75 cancellation fee for the pleasure! Of course they kept their £50 broker fee! Terrible customer service - real attitude. Moreover, they claim to use an underwriter called Marketplace Recuro, who I cannot find a single thing about on the entire web. They are cheap for a reason! We will be referring this case to the ombudsman. Seriously, there are plenty of respectable insurers around - I would suggest you pay a little bit extra for the peace of mind of not dealing with these people. Reviewed on: 14th August 2019
