StepChange has literally changed my life.

StepChange has literally changed my life. I have gone from being an emotional mess, stressed out to someone who can now pay of my debts in a manageable amount each month without fear. The only thing I think they can improve is by having a clearer portal that tells you if your debts have accepted your DMP as I still get the occasional letter that panics me but I feel more able to deal with it now Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
