Excellent support during difficult times

StepChange helped me when I felt overwhelmed with debt and stress. They explained everything clearly, helped me create a realistic payment plan, and contacted my creditors for me. Since starting my DMP, several companies have frozen interest and stopped charges, which gave me breathing space and peace of mind.
