I have had a good experience to date however I feel...

I have had a good experience to date however I feel that you have to stand up for your rights when you feel the process is more in favour of your creators and not balanced with looking after you. At one point in the process i felt like i did not have a choice but to just take what I was being told would be my monthly cost even though it would leave me worse off financially and caused me to struggle financially, however i have to say that once i had pointed that out the conversation started to look and review this, which the right support in place.
