Supportive, Professional and Completely Non-Judgemental

StepChange have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. From the very start, they made everything feel much less overwhelming and explained the options clearly and professionally. The person I spoke with was kind, patient and completely non-judgemental, which made a difficult situation far easier to deal with. It was a huge relief to be able to speak openly and get practical advice without feeling pressured or embarrassed.
