At a cross roads

I had reached a point where i didnt know what to do and the letters kept coming. I did not have a plan in regards to how i was going to service my debt and thought if i buried my head in the sand, then everything would go away. Which it didn't.... I found Ste Change on a comparison website and completed the initial information. I was able to speak to real person who made me feel that i was doing the right thing by accessing support before it became too out of hand. I did the budget and had my DMP agreed and have been paying ALL my debts since. It is going to take me a long time to clear all my debt but i don't feel like it is out of control and I now open my letters when i receive them as i am not traumatised by what they could potentially say.
