Steph change Review

Steph change was very easy to set up online. No longggg phone calls which really helps from other companies. They are a little bit slow at email replies or don't email back at all. I would say that needs improving. Staff are friendly and helpful. The other thing is, I would give customers a little bit more flexibility on when they can pay on a date that sorts them. Worth then a date you are told. As some of us are on benefits and can only pay on a set date! Reviewed on: 28th May 2026
