Life changing and very non judgmental

All the the staff I have spoken with on the telephone at StepChange are always-without fail -business like, clear, non judgemental and have treated me with the utmost respect. They have helped me get on the journey of rebuilding my finances and therefore my life, in helping me sort out paying off some serious debt in a way I can afford. I am not finished yet but I can now see light at the end of the tunnel, which I will always be grateful to StepChange for. I would highly recommend them especially if you feel isolated and not sure of which way to turn for support. Reviewed on: 28th May 2026
