First class, compassionate and helpful

My cats have been covered by Petplan for more decades than I care to remember. Throughout this time, the company has been efficient and professional, keeping me updated with all changes (clearly explained), and staff dealing with queries have been friendly and helpful. Their terms and conditions are fair, and they provide very good coverage. Claims have been processed quickly, with no objectional delays or arguments. I have been particularly impressed by the compassionate handling of the final claims for the three cats we have lost, with cards of sympathy containing personal messages being sent separately from the claims cheque. Petplan gives the impression that athough it is a commercial business, they do care for their clients on a personal basis, and understand the anxiety and grief which we suffer when our animals are ill or we lose them.
