Review of the Petplan, Pet insurance:

Not the cheapest but certainly the best.

Had my dogs insured by Petplan. Always swift in paying claims, never had any quibbles. I lost a dog earlier this year and when I phoned to let them know I expected to just get ok we will stop the policy, instead the lady I spoke to couldn’t have been better, she was sympathetic, sorted stopping my policy on him, had the time to talk when it was at the time just what I needed. To top that I even received a sympathy card. With what I have heard from other people who are with other insurers they have not received such good treatment. I still have my other dog insured with them and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. My next dog will be insured with them when I get another dog. They are, Simply the best.
