Appalling service

I rang the co 11 days ago asking for a washing machine repair. The person dealing with my complaint was very unprofessional and impolite. Accused me of being 'cocky' when I asked him if he could hear the noise my washing machine was making. Told me that he had not listened to me on the call as he was 'multi-tasking'. I very much doubted that he would put my claim through. I have heard nothing from them since regarding the repair and have rung them 5 times. Each time they have promised to do something about the situation and still, I have not heard from them at all. I have never known such awful service with any insurance company.
