I had £30k worth of debt and it was causing me a lot of stress. I was struggling to make minimum payments and had no chance of getting things under control. Swallowing my pride and contacting StepChange means that I'm now making manageable payments, I will pay back the money that I borrowed and, more importantly, I now have a very different outlook on getting into debt.
