StepChange has changed my life.

From my very first contact with the StepChange Debt Advice Service, I was treated with the utmost curtesy and respect and even though initially I was very nervous talking to someone about my financial problems, I was never made to feel that I was to blame for getting myself into financial difficulties and that I should have managed my finances better. The advisors have been so helpful and kind and I quickly felt at ease. They asked questions and offered solutions to my problems and worked out a repayment scheme to make it easier to repay my debts to my creditors. I can't recommend them enough to anyone who is struggling with debts and I thank them whole heartedly for their help and advice. Reviewed on: 31st May 2026
