Review of the Cedar Tree, Travel Insurance:

So very easy to deal with.

I had the misfortune to need to call carder tree insurance on a recent holiday when my daughter was taken sick. I went to the nearest hospital and rang the insurance company up and the lady who I spoke to was outstanding. She took all my and my daughters details was polite and concerned and told me not to worry everything will be sorted. We saw the doctor twice in two days. We had 2 phone calls from cedar tree to check on my daughter and the day before we flew home another call suggesting we get her checked again to make sure she was over it. We never needed to. Unfortunate I’ve had to use an insurance company before when my son fell and had a severe cut to his head that company was no where near this company with the after care. All I had to do is pay my excess and take care of my daughter while cedar tree took care of the rest. Reviewed on: 20th August 2019
