Very helpful and understanding at a difficult time. I did find it hard at first to do it online. byt there was very professional advice from your staff and reassurance every time I spoke to a member of your team. My account was worked out that I could afford the repayments offered to me. This gave me peace of mind in these challenging times that I was facing with debt incurred over a period of a few years. I honestly couldn’t see an end to paying the debt off. The advice and help I received was such a relief as having only my pension as my income. Thank you for listening and not judging me. I found it a very hard time financially and I was ashamed of getting into this position. Your staff assured me it would be resolved with the best outcome to get my money back on track and live within my limitations. I cannot thank you enough to be able to pay a manageable amount each month and stop the worry of arrears letters being sent to me. Your company are professional and caring making sure they treat each individual with care and understanding and resolve the problem with compassion and honesty. Reviewed on: 1st June 2026
