Generous app and great customer service.

The app could be made simpler. I had a call from PayPal recently to say I had missed a payment and as it was my very first missed payment with PayPal, so they kindly refunded the missed payment fee and I paid the payment there and then. It was an extremely kind gesture from PayPal to call as ask about my financial state rather then just take the money and run. As it was I was fine, I had simply just forgot on this occasion.
