Review of the National Debtline, Debt advice:

National Debt line not fit for purpose.

I contacted National Debtlibe through Citizen's Advice. I spoke to someone who was quite disinterested. They said someone would call me within two days but they didn't. Then they called me while I was at a hospital appointment and could not take the call. I tried to call back but no luck. Never heard from them again. I was devastated by the lack of support.
