Just do it. Be kind to yourself

Non-judgmental, friendly, compassionate and supportive. StepChange has taken a huge weight from me after a two year period of ill health left me struggling to manage. I highly recommend calling them. The website is user friendly and whilst the phone lines are busy, this in itself was reassuring as it helped to know I wasn’t alone. Great organisation. Reviewed on: 4th June 2026
