NatWest were excellent at explaining the range of options available and the best accounts for what would suit you. The staff were great very professional and friendly. They would always advise you on what was appropriate and affordable.

As a first time purchaser of home insurance I was expecting to be charged a lot of money for it. On the contrary it was very reasonable, the terms and conditions of cover were easy to understand and I have had no complaints so I haven't needed to be in touch with the customer service team. I would highly recommend Admiral home insurance.
