Simple and straightforward process

I received information through the post with an estimate for my home insurance renewal. It was much cheaper and comparable in cover to my current insurance policy. I completed an on-line application, which increased the price slightly but this was an accurate assessment of my home situation. I realised that the free emergency home cover did not self populate, so I telephoned for advice. I'm glad I did as the free offer is only valid for telephone applications (this was not made obvious on the flyer). This was not problematic though. I just provided the reference number of my quotation and the customer service advisor sorted everything for me. I'm now insured at a fixed price for the next two years, I just need to ring them next year if I want to continue with the home emergency cover. I was also pleased to hear that my credit card details would not be stored, but I would get a reminder when it is time to renew. Brilliant service. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019
