Liverpool central credit union

My children both have Young Savers accounts, and I also have a savings account with the credit union. In addition, both of my parents were long-term members for many years, so our family has had a relationship with the credit union spanning generations. The team at Liverpool Central are consistently outstanding. They are always friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to helping their members. No matter what the query or issue, they take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and get everything sorted quickly and efficiently. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their level of customer service is second to none. During the incredibly difficult period when we lost both of my parents within just 11 months of each other, the support and compassion shown by the team was exceptional. They handled everything with kindness, understanding, and professionalism, which made a challenging time much easier to manage. What stands out most, however, is that this level of care isn't limited to difficult circumstances—it's how they treat their members every day. The staff consistently go above and beyond, and it is clear that they genuinely care about the people they serve. I cannot recommend Liverpool Central highly enough.
