Absolute joke of a company, I found myself in a real mess, a lot of it is my fault but these cowboys think there above the law but soon back down when threatened with f/o action, I had an agreement with Stepchange and even then they said it's not right!! Even said my application was fraudulent!! I just laughed and said your an irresponsible lender then!! Remember they lend the money! You can't get done.
