I've been using PayPal since it started...

I've been using PayPal near enough since it started, I've only ever had to contact costumer services once I think many years ago and as I recall the matter was resolved quickly and easily. The app is great, honestly some apps are so complicated and clunky and just difficult to navigate, I've always found the PayPal app really easy. I almost always choose PayPal as a checkout option because I trust PayPal to protect my information and support me if anything was to go wrong with my purchase. So yeah, very happy with PayPal, think it's a great service, overall, no faults. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
